All utensils are made of a durable plastic that is heat-safe up to 210 degrees Celsius and safe for use on nonstick and stainless-steel cookware surfaces. Made in China, Precision knives are more affordable than some of Sabatier’s other French-made knives; however, the same care is taken to ensure quality craftsmanship.
